This role is for a candidate who is expected to be on site 5 days a week from 9:00am - 6:00pm

Description
Performs a variety of administrative functions at the HQ. The candidate will serve as the main POC for the office front desk, checking in visitors/employees and vendors.
The candidate is also responsible for the incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving packages making sure that all areas of the office stay neat and organized including mail room, copy room, swag storage, kitchen, etc. The candidate is expected to stay on top of the weekly supply, lunch orders and Zendesk tickets.
Requires a high school diploma with 1 -2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
