Job Responsibilities:– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
– Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws governing nursing home operations
– Coordinate with medical professionals to provide necessary healthcare services to residents
– Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
– Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community organizations
– Implement programs and activities to enhance the quality of life for residents
– Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality care
– Maintain accurate records and reports on facility operations
Skills:– Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations, policies, and procedures
– Expertise in dementia care and memory care programs
– Financial acumen to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
– Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals
– Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
– Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
