Adult And Youth Sports Director

Under the guidance of the Associate Branch Executive Director, the Adult & Youth Sports Director is responsible for the planning, organization, delivery, administration and quality of YMCA sports programs to the membership, program participants and community. Oversees the Miracle League program, the Adapted Committee and provides a year-round comprehensive youth and adult sports program for all ages. They are responsible for staff and volunteer training and development.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years experience in Sports Management or related Youth Programs. A minimum of three years experience in supervision. Must be certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED within the first 30 days of hire. Proficient problem solver. Proficient in budget development. Detail oriented. Excellent communication skills.
