MindCare Solutions is a leading provider of round-the-clock telepsychiatry and in-person behavioral health that provides services to hospitals, emergency departments, and a variety of other care settings. Compensation: $300,000 per year plus bonus opportunities Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm, plus one weekend a month (All telehealth) Position Summary: MindCare will assist in the cost to get licensed if the provider already has one compact licensure; we may request additional licenses as well.Psychiatrist Position is for Full time Psychiatry for Med floors.Psychiatrist will evaluate and treat patients referred for the assessment and treatment of neuropsychiatric conditions, behavioral health disorders, and comorbid conditions. Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring including prescribing medications within limits of applicable State law and following appropriate standards of care.Utilization of the following EHRs: Intelligent Routing, Meditech, Epic, Core.Respond immediately to consult requests received during a scheduled shift.Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring including prescribing medications.Psychiatrist will be treating adult and geriatric patients in a hospital setting.Perform psychiatric hold evaluations in ED as needed.Psychiatrist will collaborate with 2 PMHNP's.Medical, Dental and Vision (FTE only).Other opportunities within the organization.Credentialing support.Flexible spending account (FTE only).401K with 4% match (FTE only).1:3 Malpractice Coverage for all W2 employees.Company paid life insurance (FTE only).Voluntary life, short/long-term disability (FTE only).Positive work environment/culture.Company Paid Holidays (FTE only).PTO (FTE only).Qualifications: Psychiatrist is required to be licensed in FL.Board Certified or Eligible (within 1 year of residency completion) in Psychiatry.Valid and unrestricted DEA.Must be proficient in using Telemedicine technologies to treat patients remotely.Embrace this pivotal moment – become a part of the dynamic force that propels our shared vision forward at Psych360, now a cornerstone of Mindcare Solutions.
