Position Title: Digital Advertising Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a proactive Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in implementing and managing integrated digital advertising campaigns that align with our clients' objectives. Your expertise will contribute to achieving campaign success and driving meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will:
Directly manage search and paid social campaigns for assigned clients, while also providing input on strategy development.
Execute, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns to meet client goals such as fundraising, engagement, advocacy, and lead generation.
Conduct KPI discovery, keyword research, and competitor analyses to inform SEM campaigns.
Implement audience segmentation and media bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate on technical and creative implementation needs.
Utilize current best practices to design and manage tests across ad platforms.
Evaluate campaign performance, deliver interim reports, and keep teams informed of progress.
Contribute to day-to-day media buying requirements.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
The ideal candidate will possess:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, platforms, offerings, and tools, with a focus on fundraising and ecommerce experiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting ad copy, internal team communications, and client interactions.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
Ability to adhere to schedules, execute creative strategies, and manage production effectively.
Capacity to manage against media budgets and work on multiple tasks independently.
Comfort working in a remote team environment.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
Experience with ecommerce and/or nonprofit marketing and/or fundraising strategies.
Certification, professional license, or credentials in Google Ads and other platforms are advantageous.
