Categories Non-Profit & Philanthropy About the Role A venture philanthropy organization.
We identify and support educational entrepreneurs who provide quality early education to vulnerable children in some of the most impoverished communities in the world.
With your help we then provide those children who are at-risk of dropping out of school with annual scholarships and access to quality education.
Our Purpose
We believe in a world where every child has access to quality early education.
With the organization it is all about dignity, not dependence, and choice, not charity.
As a venture philanthropy firm, we use charitable donations to support education entrepreneurs and leaders who are helping us co-create a world our hearts know is possible.
If we stay true to our core values and to each other, we can build a new world in which every child learns, everywhere.
If we fail, then the lives of 70+ million children will be thrust into an unending cycle of poverty and despair from which there will be no escape.
Alone, we may not save every child.
But together, we can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.
We are part of one of the greatest chapters of human achievement in history.
We feel incredibly lucky to be alive at a time when we can make a transformative difference.
We believe that the secret to our success is in developing trust and building meaningful relationships at every level.
We will attract the best talent.
Our board members and staff will have the freedom to play and strive for excellence because they will love what they do and who they do it with.
Our donors will proudly claim, our organization has built a development model which combines the principles of venture capital with charitable giving to drive holistic, sustainable, and scalable impact in impoverished communities.
I am thrilled to be a part of their journey."
We believe life is not a race to be finished, it is a dance to be danced.
And only if we allow ourselves to enjoy the dance, can we let happiness in.
Helping others may just be the secret to living a life that is not only happier but also healthier, more productive, and meaningful.
We each carry gifts the world needs.
It is not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving that counts.
We believe educated children are at the heart of healthy, productive and prosperous societies.
If that is the future we want tomorrow, we must invest today.
Each child deserves the opportunity to dream more, learn more and ultimately create their own destiny.
Today, we dare to make their dreams a reality.
A hundred years from today future generations will say, "A few made the bold decision to take action.
A few amongst many.
They vowed to dedicate themselves to a single task – providing every child with access to quality early education.
They faced many harsh realities and yet had unwavering faith in their end task.
They put one foot in front of the other, with disciplined actions and sustained effort, and did the unimaginable - universal primary education.
