Your Challenges:
We need someone in this position who has grown a quality program - this position is not just what the end looks like, but more importantly where to start, and how to get there. We want a program which is enabling; not hindering.
Being familiar with our industry is going to play a key role in your success.
We want someone with a personality who can be truly effective and understanding of how to grow the team.
Safety is paramount, and quality of the workmanship we receive (80% of what we buy is off the shelf) is of the utmost importance. We want someone who can verify if a replacement part is identical.
And as with everything we do, teamwork is always a big part of our success.
Your Boarding Pass:
Ten (10) years of Aerospace/Aviation Industry, Military or Quality experience and 3 years in a Leadership role Civilian and/or Military.
Preferred: Twelve (12) years of Aerospace/Aviation Industry, Military or Quality experience and 3 years in a Leadership role Civilian and/or Military.
Experience in UAS industry to include land and maritime operational leadership, customer interaction, contract management, and budget execution.
Establish a great foundation and eventual certification to an approved AS9100 QMS.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience with management experience with products and/or technologies for U.S. Government, international, and/or commercial customers.
Experience with U.S. Government contracting requirements, including fixed price and cost-plus contracts.
SUMMARY PAY RANGE:
$127,000.00 - $165,000.00, annually
