Job DescriptionWorking Place:Mainly working in warehouse: Di An, Binh Duong.
The Job: Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed for all Distribution Service customer accounts.Developing and implementing inventory control processes and practices.Performing physical cycle counts of inventory including daily/monthly and annual stock counts.Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.Liaising and negotiating with vendors and customers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.Coordinating the warehouse operation of stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.Generating reports, supply chain analysis, and managing inventory management systems.Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.Recording all transactions and movements in document and database record form.Forecasting supply needs based on trends and demand patterns for warehouse solution design purposes.Processing and documenting damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposal.Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to inventory control.Supporting other product teams in operational tasks when required.QualificationsKnowledge: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse/Contract logistic service provider.Skills & Experience: Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Able to work well in a team, under high pressure and tight deadlines.Additional InformationOur working conditions:
