We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement Guide teams and stakeholders on Agile principles Lead teams to deliver solutions for key product initiatives Track progress, report status, and manage risks Ensure high-quality deliverables with proper documentation Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as an Agile Champion Proficiency with JIRA and MS Office Suite Strong Project Management skills and ability to lead in a SAFe framework Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills Desired Qualifications: Experience working with distributed teams Strong analytical skills for tracking progress and making data-driven decisions Experience in the financial services or technology industry Location : Phoenix, Arizona Salary Range : $100,000 - $115,000 annually Benefits: Medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long-term and short-term disability insurance, paid time off, paid vacation, paid holidays, Ascendion Learning Management System Join us and make a difference
