BUSINESS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES Collects data from various departments and sources; acquires thorough understanding of the business needs and requirements of other departments within the company. Filters and identifies relevant data; analyzes the data to identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and other patterns as business needs dictate. Makes recommendations that reduce cost, reduce risk, support compliance, improve efficiency, and/or optimize resource allocation. Communicates with stakeholders to solve complex problems; collaborates with others to shape and/or drive business strategies. Provides data analysis and guidance to other departments in support of accomplishing their objectives. Develops and maintains process flows, use cases, and user stories. Performs or assists with internal audits. Creates and delivers presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations; communicates exceptionally well verbally and in writing by efficiently delivering all material information. BUSINESS ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration, economics, accounting, management, mathematics, or a similar field)3+ years of experience in same role Advanced proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, other platforms used Internal audit experience compiling, sorting, and organizing large volumes of data.
