Schedule: 9p-5:30a Sun-TH (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)

Compensation: $17.50 per hour
THE ROLE The AFL Operator is responsible for operating the machine that cuts laminate sheets.
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that the materials processed conform to industry quality criteria. Perform Safety and Quality Audits as assigned. Maintain a clean work area in accordance with established 5"S" criteria. Manage the orders being cut and packed to ensure customer due dates are being met. Effectively communicates with maintenance when equipment problems arise. Ensure full compliance with ISO and manufacturing visual and written procedures. Maintain a clean work area in accordance with established 5S criteria. Use Lean/Six Sigma Methodologies to improve the process. All employees will be required to participate in training and continuous improvement events. Perform other duties as assigned.
