Job Description:
The Air Cell Operator is responsible for ensuring the AirCell is running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities will include workingin several different production areas and being adaptable to fulfill the needsof fellow team members. Inspecting equipment throughout the shop and promptlyreporting any concerns to the shift foreman will be crucial as well.
Principle Duties amp; Responsibilities:
Safe amp; efficient operations of all production equipment Prioritize processing based on schedule Perform inspection using correct methods Document amp; report any maintenance issues to shift foreman Monitor amp; program all furnaces to process correct parameters Must complete all phases of Blaster amp; Load Set Up Operator, Inspection Operator, amp; Air Cell Operator Walk through the shop once an hour to inspect each furnace for accuracy amp; ensure their cell is running efficiently Efficiently straighten parts when necessary Air Cell Operator Bring data pertaining to their cell to inter-shift meeting amp; report it to the incoming shift Understand the processing of all material within production areas Ensure plant organization amp; cleanliness
Minimum Requirements:
All hires are contingent upon a 9-panel hair follicle drugtest amp; background check.
Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred • Acquire/maintain forkliftcertification
Experience: priorfactory work preferred
