Airship Pilot

LTA is seeking an Airship Pilot to assist the Flight Operations team to develop and test fly our latest Airship, and assist with flight training in an ABC Lightship - model A60R. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with Flight Test Engineers, planning and performing Flight Test activities, directing staff to ensure the Airship is ready for flight, and developing flight procedures and training programs. Our ideal candidate has been flying professionally for at least 5 years. The pilot in this position will be a key representative of LTA by displaying a professional manner at all times and following all company policies and federal safety procedures and regulations.

The total compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000, which is determined based on experience, geography, and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes a very competitive annual bonus, 401K Match, and other generous benefits.
