What You'll Do

As an Analyst on the Marketing Analytics team, you will play a key role in optimizing our media mix to drive business growth. The role will be responsible for running diagnostics on our performance and identifying areas for improvement in our media mix. You'll work closely with the in-house media team to uncover insights to improve our media mix and attribution.
Primary responsibilities include:
Provide analytical support to drive marketing effectiveness and business performance by analyzing spend, site and sales data 
Build, maintain and manage Tableau dashboards for diagnostic analyses and KPI tracking 
Analyze test results and collaborate with media buying teams to implement latest optimizations
Aggregate channel level platform data to provide strategic recommendations on campaign initiatives
Simplify complex measurement outcomes through data visualization and storytelling

What You'll Bring

Understanding of performance marketing, campaign analysis and media measurement
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a broader team 
Ability to concisely explain complex analytical findings to non-analytic peers
Natural curiosity in the intersectionality of marketing, media and consumer behavior
1+ years of marketing analytics experience, preferably involving digital media channels
2+ years of hands-on experience of data analysis, using quantitative analytics tools (SQL, Python etc.)
Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools, to create and maintain tracking of key operational metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders 
The ability to think strategically and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What will make you stand out: 
Proficient in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint for data extraction, manipulation, and communication
Ability to identify and diagnose data inconsistencies and errors, and reconcile data from multiple sources
Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of attribution and incrementality measurement practices
