JOM provides distribution services for all Janssen Brands of products and is responsible for US and international distribution of finished good product including clinical trial distribution and order processing supporting researched & development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Support the expired returns process through returns processing and crediting. Provide Reverse Distribution support to Revenue Reconciliation business partners for crediting (or denying when applicable) customers with complex and/or difficult returns. Manage performance of suppliers who administer 'non-standard' returns programs such as Janssen Safe Returns and Unused Spravato Returns. Identify and implement business process improvements to streamline the Reverse Distribution supply chain, reduce returns, reduce Reverse Distribution costs and simplify processes. Provide Reverse Distribution support for all internal audits conducted by J&J Quality Assurance team and J&J SOX/Finance team and for external audits conducted by FDA, DEA and J&J's Financial auditor. Lead small-to-medium scale projects to improve Reverse Distribution business processes - examples include providing RD support to J&J Project Teams that are responsible for new product launches, acquisitions and divestitures, new customer on-boarding, or new 3PL Return Center facilities. Qualifications Education: Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma required; Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree preferred, with focus desirable in Business, Finance or Supply Chain. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience. Proven ability to learn new systems/applications. Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of SAP, BW, and Power BI. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word; VLOOKUPS and pivot tables proficiency. Preferred: Experience working in Supply Chain and/or Customer Service. Knowledge of Order Management or Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics. Lean/Six Sigma/Process excellence experience, training, or certification. Other: May require up to 10% domestic travel. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 - $97,750 .
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

• Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
o Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
o Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
o Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
