Angry Avocado is a new, fun, quick-service restaurant with Mexican menu offerings. Team Members record and assemble guest orders accurately and efficiently with a sense of care and urgency.
Team Member responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting guests politely and enthusiastically as they enter the restaurant and p roviding excellent customer service Politely answering the telephone and responding to customer questions Accurately entering orders into the POS system and p rocessing cash and card transactions Taking and assembling in-person and phone To-Go orders Preparing guest orders using items from the make line Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly, and consistently c heck the quality of ingredients Maintaining a sanitized and orderly environment in work areas Monitoring stock and stock product and supplies when there are shortages Communicating order changes, requests, and other important information to other team members Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant's spaces, including kitchen, prep areas, dining areas, and restrooms as needed Other duties as assigned What Are We Looking For? Ability to work a variety of 9am - 2pm and 2pm - 10 pm shifts Willing to assist fellow team members as needed Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors Must have reliable transportation Must have positive attitude while performing tasks Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time Strong attention and care to details Responsibility, reliability and honesty Teamwork and collaboration What can you look forward to?
