The primary responsibility of the groundskeeper is to enhance and maintain the curb appeal of the apartment community.
No experience required.
Training will be provided.
Our Park Properties team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team.
Through our training and mentorship program, "The Park Academy," we will help build those with positive and eager-to-learn attitudes to grow and succeed.
Specific Duties Include: Grounds maintenanceLitter and debris removalCleaning and maintaining common areasTurnover cleaning and paintingAssisting with other maintenance tasks
Job requires constant need to be on feet, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and ability to perform physical activities including, but not limited to bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching above shoulder, grasping/gripping/turning, climbing ladders, lifting/carrying equipment, supplies, and other materials.
