Milwaukee Powersports has an opening for an Apparel and Accessories specialist with knowledge in the powersports industry to join our Accessories Department. Applicants are expected to interface with customers directly (walk-in, telephone, online) to help determine their needs and supply them accordingly. Additionally, engage with the service department to ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met in a prompt and timely manner for our customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly mannerUpdate POP DisplaysAssemble Merchandise and fixturesShare with customers your knowledge of the of 'Good, Better and Best' products that we sell.Staying up-to-date with our powersports gear brands and product knowledge.Maintain and deliver awesome, personal & useful support to potential or existing customers who contact usResolve issues to ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience.Recommend related parts which may be requiredAttempt to locate rare partsAbility to work with several customers at once, while maintaining individual customer satisfactionHandle telephone transactions quickly and courteouslyAlert customers of any sales, specials or new merchandiseAccept payments for merchandise and keep cash register drawer accurateQUALIFICATIONS:Outgoing, friendly personality and superior communications/customer service skills.Knowledge and experience with repair and servicing of our OEM product lines is a plus.Experience connecting with customers in a friendly manner in person/on the phone.Feels confident answering calls, entering orders in computer system, talking to customers and providing information necessary to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision. Maintains current product knowledge.Consistently show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player.Takes ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.Willing to work SaturdaysCan lift 50 Lbs.
