Responsibilities
• Master the operation of various equipment and help others do the same.• Optimize the material storage systems and maintain efficiency.• Assist and meet customer needs with a friendly attitude.• Supervise the yard crew and set the standard for work ethic.• Utilize operations software to track inventory and manage material movement.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.• General computer skills (specific software training provided).• Passion for organization and task completion.• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.• Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
