An aerospace client is looking for an Associate Facilities Coordinator who will provide leadership administrative control and support to our Plant Facilities Manager/Maintenance team in our Northridge, CA offices.

Position: Associate Facilities Coordinator
Pay Rate: $28.44/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support to Facilities management in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environmentEdit and submit business resiliency documents, update documents on Facilities SharePoint site, maintain continuous accuracy of the documentsSupport a large team with various normal office functions while managing diverse set of prioritiesProcure and invoice supplies and materials to aide in the success of the Facilities teamAssist in facilities event planning/coordinationMaintain Employee Seating and Parking information on SharePointProduce neat and accurate correspondence, forms, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. from verbal instruction, notes or handwritten copyAnswer phone calls and direct as appropriateInteract in a positive way with other staff members and be a leader and team player with the administrative teamCoordinate new employee onboarding from Facilities stand point BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: US Citizenship is required.Ability to work routine jobs with limited supervisionHigh school diploma requiredAbility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and handle multiple tasks and managers in a fast-paced office environmentMust be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal skills, must be able to positively interact with workers, contractors, management, and customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented but able to understand the big picture.Ability to work unsupervised.
