Architectural firm looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team. They seek a motivated individual who would excel at contributing to architectural presentations, crafting construction drawings and documents, and designing various projects.
About the Company:

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Project Architects to create conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit.
* Execute architectural drawings and implement revisions and corrections based on redlined drawings.
* Review design documents and construction estimates.
* Aid in coordinating with engineering consultants and aligning documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
* Liaise with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
* 1-5 years of relevant experience.
* Preferably holds a degree in Architecture.
* Proficient in Revit.
* Familiarity with the design process, building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
* Capable of independent problem-solving and effective teamwork.
* Portfolio or work samples in both AutoCAD and Revit formats required.
Compensation/Benefits:
* Competitive base compensation ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 (Experience-dependent).
