Responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching their crews on roofing jobs. Restore, Removal, Repair, and Replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal).Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members.Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of the work.Requirements5+ years of Architectural sheet metal roofing experience. 3+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems. Must possess basic computer skills.Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions.
