As an Area Manager you will oversee 4 stores in the North Dakota market, and will be responsible for building the retail business strategy and setting direction for the store teamsThe daily responsibilities for this role will include, P&L monitoring, recording, directing revenue and spending. This will require you to be a forward thinker by identifying opportunities for improvement in the store region; designs and implements training, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale. You must maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
