Deep understanding of digital and print design principles, including user experience, responsive design, branding, and the nuances of print specifications (e.g., color profiles, paper types, finishing techniques). Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Creative Projects:  Oversee creative teams from concept to completion, ensuring projects align with strategic goals and exceed client expectations. Design Expertise:  Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital and print design principles, including user experience, responsive design, branding, and the nuances of print specifications. Creative Vision:  Set the conceptual and stylistic direction for projects, ensuring designs are visually compelling, engaging, and on-brand across various mediums.
