In this position, you will be responsible for handling and organizing concept art tasks to help the artists do what they do best every day. Our team of producers focuses on guiding concepts from their nebulous creation to ensuring they are ready for production. We work closely with the front end of the art pipeline including design, modeling, rigging, and animation. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in games, have a strong understanding of dependency-driven production methodologies, a firm understanding of a 3D art creation pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you willOwn the Schedule - Partner with art discipline leads and art directors, to help scope and schedule the desired work for the team. Build and maintain dependency-driven asset schedules to ensure successful, on time, release of content, to the Epic Art Quality barBe the center of Communication - Facilitate constant communication with the art production team, as well as cross-department production teams, providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities. Ensure stakeholders have proper visibility into development and are informed of any changes that may impact their teamsProactively Seek Resolutions - Strong ability to identify problems, and propose solutions, for your team BEFORE they become roadblocks. Keeping a finger on the pulse of dependency deliverables and the project's high-level needs. Own the outcome of your area, and never wait to see if someone else will clear your pathBe a Flexible Multitasker - Ability to handle multiple large production needs within your department or across small strike teams.
