**Hands on experience, assembling conveyor systems, belt-driven, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, interpreting blueprints, working with drive shafts and motors**
Onsite Interviews - There will be a written assessment, and if there is a passing score a site tour will be given.
If hired, all training will be done on the 1st shift. This training will be for as long as the person hired needs to be proficient at the work they are being asked to do. After that, they will transition to their intended shift.
2nd shift is 2:30PM-11:00PM for the entire site.

DESCRIPTION
Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will monitor production output and ensure that products meet customer specifications and quality expectations. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, setting up and monitoring assembly, continuous process improvement, and adherence to safety, production and quality expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demonstrated ability to follow direction, read blueprints and schematics.
• Set up and change over equipment to operate various assemblies or features.
• Identify and utilize appropriate materials, plumb or pipe pneumatics and hydraulic lines.
• Affix specified motors and gear boxes to drive components.
• Test each assembly to ensure proper fit and function.
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
• Accurately track and log assembly time sheets for each build.
• Properly identify and document QMS and department procedure.
• Maintain work area for cleanliness.
• Adherence to all safety standards and plant rules.
• Transfer assembly to appropriate department for next step in production.
• Utilize tape measures, calipers, squares, micrometers, and protractors.
• General maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Safe operation of the forklift, scissor lift and all other lift assist and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Technical education is a plus.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 40 pounds.
WE VALUE
• 3 years of experience in industrial assembly. (Class 1)
• 1 year experience in industrial assembly. (Class 2)
• Mechanical aptitude, mathematical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to read metric and standard tape measure
• An ability to troubleshoot and multi-task on projects.
• Working knowledge and experience using hand tools.
• Strong work ethic, analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• An Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
• An ability to communicate information clearly and accurately report on assignments.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
