Responsibilities: YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This will involve:
Ability to demonstrate proficiency at electric soldering in compliance with IPC-610 and CLASS III Workmanship. Perform a wide variety of electrical and mechanical assembly operations, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Be able to build and inspect DC Harness and RF cables assemblies. Be able to build, install and solder Coax Cables. Be able to build, install and rework Baluns. Be able to perform manufacturing operations proficiently. Ability to build STEs, including test harnesses and wires. Understanding how to properly write NCMR's. Be able to complete J-STD-001 Aethercomm Certification. Able to work independently without direct supervision. Adapts to moderate changes and setbacks in order to manage pressure and meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to train Entry level through Level II Assemblers.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). A minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility. This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Pay Rate: $20.35 - 24.94 /hour. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
