Asset Protection Auditor

The Asset Protection Auditor is responsible for conducting asset protection audits to mitigate shrink, damage and security exposure in a distribution center. They participate and support the safety program and safety committee. This role supports inventory control as needed to drive quality. Key Responsibilities: Executes the weekly, monthly and quarterly aspects for the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Asset Protection Audit Program including all subsequent data entry, reporting and scorecard updates to leadership. Provides support as necessary for the Asset Protection Officers and Production Process Preparation (3P) Security Guards regarding front desk and gate house operations. Conducts monthly building security inspections via the Security Walk. Addresses and resolves identified problems. Validates specific functions where direct financial risk exists (e.g. inventory adjustments, cycle counts). Provides audit support where necessary. Executes the retail RDC truck salt program, providing subsequent data entry, reporting and scorecard updates. Assist the RDC Asset Protection Manager in the duties of running the Asset Protection Department and Program. Basic Qualifications: Able to stand/sit/walk for long periods of time.
