The successful candidate will be the lead attorney for the Global Supply Chain Function, providing legal support and advice on a wide range of matters, including direct and indirect procurement contracts, logistics, and supplier negotiations and disputes.
This role requires a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, with a focus on manufacturing, corporate contract negotiation, procurement, distribution, trade compliance, and supply chain law.
Experience in IT (SaaS) related matters is also highly valued.
The Assistant General Counsel will be a key partner to the commercial teams and other corporate functions, and will be expected to have a strong background in cross-functional legal efforts, particularly in the areas of quality, trade compliance, environmental compliance, and safety and employment matters.
The ideal candidate will have a background in in-house legal work with global clients and be familiar with IT (SaaS) contracts and basic IT governance legal considerations.
The role involves regular interaction with senior leaders and requires a strategic approach to legal guidance.
The Assistant General Counsel will be part of a dynamic, hybrid work environment and should be prepared to spend a significant portion of their time in the office.
