The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing legal advice and representation to the Agency, working closely with senior attorneys and agency leadership. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues, including administrative law, contract law, and tort law. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts. Represent the Agency in administrative proceedings and litigation. Provide legal advice to agency staff on a variety of legal matters. Work collaboratively with the legislature to develop and analyze legislation. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active member of the West Virginia State Bar. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
