Clearance: Ability to Obtain North Wind Site Services is focused on providing engineering, program management, environmental remediation services including investigation and characterization, environmental restoration, unexploded ordnance/military munitions response (MMRP), regulatory public involvement services, environmental compliance, logistics, and records and facility management.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Assures all Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) are properly chased and captured, including estimating and contracts are appropriately engaged. Market intelligence and reporting is a key task for this position. Upon award, this position will provide a detailed dossier to hand off to Operations for execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages all RFP/RFQ coming into the company including assuring estimating, contracts and proposal managers are appropriately assigned.Assures all personnel supporting the RFP/RFQ are fulfilling the requirements of the RFP and are aligned with the Company bidding strategies.Co-leads green teams to assure all risks are accounted for, including competition bidding behaviors.Supports Sales with proposals and market collateral.Conduct industry research and analysis to yield strategic insights and strategic business alternatives based on trends. Provide input while implementing the strategic direction set by the Business Line Group President and Chief Business Development Officer. Develop and support marketing strategies; attend marketing briefings, client and partner meetings, and conferences. Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with all core clients and develop/maintain sustainable relationships with key client decision-makers and industry stakeholders. Keep up on industry developments, regulatory changes etc. that impact the assigned business line(s) and NWG as a whole. Participate in risk analysis, bid/no-bid decisions, and major proposal setup and review. Ensure that data is entered and is accurately managed within the pipeline management system. Lead/participate in gate reviews, competitive assessments, technical workshops, teaming discussions, win theme and discriminator workshops and price-to-win efforts.Review and evaluate RFP requirements to support Bid/No Bid decision.Oversee the proposal phase of the opportunity to ensure successful delivery of a compliant and compelling submittal to the client.Prepare or review Teaming Agreements. Provides project dossiers to Operations upon contract award.Assures cost tracking parameters are preset based on estimate and contract structure.Assists estimators with acquiring pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.Supports all administrative needs for project chase and capture.Is a member of the North Wind Industrial Reclamation and Response Services' Business Line Executive Leadership Team. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Will step in as program manager, project manager, or site walker as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business.A minimum of 5 years' experience with responding to a high volume of RFP/RFQ's. Skills and Abilities: Superior organizational, follow-up and detail-oriented skills Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally and courteously.Ability to make decisions, solve problems and exercise good judgment.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.Ability to work independently, in a team environment and work with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365 software suite.Must be a decisive leader.Must have a clear understanding of what drives profit and loss on a project and portfolio level.Must be able to understand contracts and what is required to deliver the project within contract boundaries.Must have a strong and proven work ethic.Needs to be able to understand company long-term strategy and how their project chase and capture achieve these strategies. Special Requirements: Must be willing to travel at least 10% of the time.Must be able to take and pass exams for any project training as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Hold a valid US passport. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
