Assistant Restaurant Manager, Southland Casino

Delaware North Gaming is searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Fry-house team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. Assist restaurant management with training, coordinating, and supervising team members, while also encouraging performance development, focusing on a positive team member and guest experience Prepare cost and operational reporting, and verify the reporting of cash handling, sales, and payroll accounting Maintain sanitation standards and procedures Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas are always running successfully Minimum 3 years' experience as a food and beverage manager or restaurant manager required Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation No college degree required Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
