Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success at Ford? This role offers a fantastic opportunity to part of a new team that will lead help the transformation of our marketing organization and the Ford brand. You'll bring focus to our marketing by supporting the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans, writing audience led briefs that ladder up to our business objectives, and acting as a brand steward as we bring our new global brand strategy to life in a consumer facing way.
What you'll do...
Working closely with internal business leads, business intelligence team and agencies, support the formulation of both annual and quarterly marketing plans, in accordance with business objectives, vehicle launches, and other consumer-facing activities.
Coordinate with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure cohesive execution of Primary Brand and Nameplate platforms/campaigns.
You'll have...
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Business or Communications.
3 years of marketing experience.
Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams or business units.
Experience with using data to inform marketing decisions.
