Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal support and representation to clients in a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to, , personal injury, real estate, and civil litigation. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and contracts. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence relevant to cases. Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines effectively. Stay current with developments in the law and continuously build legal expertise. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar and in good standing. 2-5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation or relevant practice areas. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
