Associate Attorney

We are actively looking for an

Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)

to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law and possess excellent

legal research

and writing skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on various legal issues
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in court proceedings
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Assist with case management and preparation
Provide legal advice to clients on a range of legal matters
Qualification & Experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the

state bar association
Experience in

personal injury law , is preferred
Strong knowledge of legal drafting and research techniques
Previous experience working in a law office setting is a plus
