Associate Attorney- Venture Capital

We are seeking a Venture Capital Associate Attorney with 4+ years of transactional experience to quickly integrate and support the firm's Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice. Key responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiating venture capital investment agreements, including NVCA forms.Leading negotiations of key terms in venture capital investment agreements.Supervising, training, and mentoring associates in all aspects of venture capital financing.Advising emerging companies on day-to-day operational matters, including board and stockholder communications, approvals, and equity awards.This firm encourages working from the office approximately 3 days per week.
QualificationsJD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.Admission to or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.At least four years of hands-on experience in venture capital and emerging company legal practice.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated professionalism and client engagement abilities.Strong prioritization skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
