We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Billing II to join the Billingteam. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
With guidance from Supervisor, prepares and drafts invoices on a monthly basis. Runs monthly trades reports to ascertain number of transactions.
Reviews and prepares client invoices on a monthly basis on the back of approved net or gross assets (as per fee agreement).
Shares all invoices with Supervisor for review.
Runs the monthly trades report to ascertain number of transactions.
No direct reports. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
Contributes to the achievement of team goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in financial services operations preferred.
