Who we are We're building a prayer and meditation app. One that is authentically Christian and Catholic, while at the same time a resource for anyone looking to grow deeper in a relationship with God. We believe that people are hungry for peace, and that there is no surer way to find it than by learning to sit in silence with Christ: "Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest" (Mt 11:28).
Our goal is to build something truly great. Something that combines the beauty of the Church's spirituality with world-class product and content execution.
We launched the app in December of 2018 and have been blown away with the incredible growth & traction. Hallow has been downloaded over 15 million times with over 250,000 5-star reviews. We're blessed to be backed by some of the best mission-driven investors in the world and are excited to build out the team to help a lot more folks grow closer to God.
We are a startup. We move quickly and take big swings. We are a small and fast moving team and each person is responsible for making an impact. It is hard work, but also deeply meaningful. We'd be honored & humbled if you'd consider joining us.
We are looking for someone to join our rapidly growing team to help ensure that the Catholic schools, dioceses, and parishes we partner with have amazing launch experiences and stay engaged in their prayer life as community on an ongoing basis.
\n What you will do: Launch Hallow for Schools Partners: Hallow has partnered with hundreds of Catholic schools across the country. One of your main responsibilities will be overseeing the relationships with our smaller schools partners, launching new relationships, and uncovering opportunities for cross-sell / upsell additional partnership services, while also managing the renewal process. Ongoing Partner Engagement & Learning: Our goal is to help every member in our partner communities build a daily prayer habit. That requires us to continue to engage our partners with seasonal marketing resources, community engagement events, and case studies of what is working well in high engagement communities Help Improve Our Sales Process: We are in the early innings of building our school sales process. You will play a critical role in listening to our customers and learning how we can improve both our sales approach and product offering. At Times, Assist our Customer Support team: a critical part of your training will be to spend your first month learning the ins and outs of our B2B partners in our customer support team. This could include answering customer inquiries, handling tickets, fielding inbound calls and responding to customer emails. Be a HUGE part of Hallow's Growth: Your work will directly impact Hallow's ability to grow to millions of people praying around the world. What you'll love: Mission: This work is incredibly humbling. Every day we get amazing stories and get the pleasure of working on something that impacts lives. One of my favorite user quotes: "I hate quoting an old, overused cliché, but I've been very lost. And I think for the first time in a while I may be found." Ownership: You'll be owning Hallow's relationships with leaders in Catholic schools and parishes across the country. There is nothing more exciting than supporting those directly responsible for the next generation of Catholics developing a personal relationship with God. Growth: From day 1, you'll be a part of the startup journey. Over the next year, we'll continue building out the team, and we'll need your help in building a global network of community partners. Flexibility: HQ will be in Chicago and would love to have as many team members there as possible, but you will be responsible for building relationships across the country so are flexible on location. Comp: We will pay competitive market rates both in terms of equity, cash, & benefits. What we are looking for: Passion: First & foremost, we're looking for someone excited about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun :) Relationship Oriented: The central focus of partner success operations is the ability to understand where someone is falling short of their potential and to help them achieve it. Strong relationship management will be critical. Analytically Driven: In order to understand if we are having a positive impact in our partner communities, we will need to set measurable impact targets and be disciplined in tracking our progress toward our goals. Proactive: As we grow, we will need to continually iterate our process and optimize our relationship management processes. Proactively looking for ways we can improve and test new strategies is a priority. Process & Detail Oriented: We really care about what we're doing & try to build as fast as we can. In order to provide a world-class experience to our partners while moving quickly across multiple relationships, we need to document all of our internal and external activities. Clear and consistent written communication is paramount. Experience: Having worked in a customer success or customer operations role previously is a plus, but is not required. Bonus if you have any experience in the world of Catholic education.

The above range for cash compensation will be split between a base salary and target annual bonus. These ranges are just initial estimates.
