Engage in proactive problem solving and identify specific issues based on user feedback.
Convert requirements by product managers and business stakeholders into detailed designs.
Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human Computer Interaction, Human-Centered Design, User Experience design, Computer Science, Graphic, Visual, UX or Interaction Design, or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
Prior experience must include three (3) years with the following: UX design.
Conceptualize and create designs in the context of complex user journeys; use Figma to design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces; UI design and visual composition: typography, spacing, placement, hierarchy and creating consistent affordances that enhance usability and result in a delightful product; experience working in a regulated environment and balancing operational, regulatory, and efficiency demands while still shipping products with outstanding design features; conduct upfront research and usability tests, and analyze the results to provide recommendations; create personas and user journeys; and experience designing for Financial Services or other data-intensive products.
