As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our diverse portfolio of 25+ products and associated campaigns. Collaborating closely with the Product Marketing Team, Marketing, and Sales, you'll help drive impactful initiatives aimed at enhancing our reach and impact in the early childhood education market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product launches, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
Provide support for major product launches through sales enablement, website audits, and crafting launch communications.
Assist in creating and executing campaigns to acquire new customers and enhance engagement with existing ones, leveraging data to refine future strategies.
Conduct research to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors to inform marketing initiatives.
Manage product catalog updates and maintain accurate sales support materials inventory.
Collaborate in the creation of success stories, from interviewing customers to producing narrative, video, and social content.
Support conference and event planning to showcase products.
Execute product marketing tasks within larger projects under the guidance of management.
Occasionally travel domestically for team meetings and events.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
Knowledge of product marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and attention to detail skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Preferred:
Experience in early childhood education.
Familiarity with design software, marketing automation, CRM, and content management software.
Creative mindset with a knack for devising engaging digital campaigns.
