Head of Project Development Recruitment | Renewable Energy

Our Client, a leader in the Renewable Industry, is seeking an Associate Developer for their growing US operations. This candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a large RNG portfolio.
The Associate Developer will be responsible for:
Update and maintain project database.
Manage due diligence and feasibility tasks for new projects in collaboration with third-party consultants.
Assist Development Manager(s) in handling permitting, zoning, and engineering-related development tasks.
Support other teams with accounting, budgets, etc.
Maintain project budgets and schedules, reporting on variances, and prepare progress reports for senior management, including attendance at internal and external meetings to summarize critical issues and action items.
The Candidate will possess the following:
Degree from credible 4-Year University
3-5 Years' experience in Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Utility development or project management.
Knowledge of real estate, deals, RFP/RFQs, and development lifecycle
Travel (~40%)
Preferred:
Excel, Microsoft Office, GIS
