Providing Talent Acquisition and Development services to the financial industry What We Need: Arootah is growing rapidly, and we're seeking a Recruiter to support our hiring needs across internal roles, fractional outsourcing engagements, and our coaching platforms. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting and build talent pipelines for niche roles in alternative investments, coaching, and consulting. You will be a hands-on contributor, leveraging Lever (our ATS) to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
\n Who You AreYou are a skilled recruiter with a proven ability to source and hire top talent in fast-paced environmentsYou excel in managing multiple priorities, building pipelines, and supporting a variety of hiring needsATS experience and a candidate-first mindset, you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about connecting people to meaningful opportunitiesYou have previous experience within the Alt Investments, Fintech, or Coaching industriesYou are proactive, driven, and detail oriented QualificationsExperience: 4 - 6 years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in professional services or alternative investmentsA mix of Internal and Agency recruitment is a HUGE plusEducational: Bachelors Degree in human resources or similarTechnical Skills: Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platformsSourcing Skills: Skilled in direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networkingOrganizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple searches with precision and efficiencyMindset: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and aligned with Arootah's mission-driven culture
