Join the Mike Morse Law Firm, the premier personal injury firm in Michigan, as we expand our pre-litigation department.
We're seeking experienced attorneys to lead a team of paralegals and manage a docket of pre-litigation files.
While familiarity with Michigan 1st and 3rd party auto law is preferred, we welcome applicants with expertise in team management or extensive client engagement across other legal domains.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
Ensuring strict adherence to established processes and procedures Overseeing a docket of pre-litigation personal injury files Communicating effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases Strategizing optimal case resolutions and executing them effectively Determining value ranges for claims Engaging in client communication and meetings Negotiating pre-litigation settlements with insurance companies and other parties Reviewing and finalizing settlement releases Handling medical and other liens Daily oversight of the paralegal team This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to significantly impact the lives of injured individuals by navigating their cases toward resolution.
