Our client seeks a skilled Defense Litigation Attorney dual barred in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in defense litigation, managing cases through all phases, from initial assessment to trial. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities :Represent clients in a range of defense litigation matters across New Jersey and Pennsylvania jurisdictions .Conduct case assessments, draft motions and pleadings, and manage discovery processes .Develop and implement litigation strategies, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial .Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes . Qualification s:JD from an accredited law school; active bar licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvani a.1+ years of defense litigation experienc e.Excellent communication, research, and litigation skill s.Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectivel y.
