U.S. Public Equity Solutions:
U.S. Public Equity Solutions is responsible for the engagement, onboarding and day-to-day service management of corporate clients and their equity administration plan terms and associated service offerings.
Client Success Management:
TheClient Success Management(CSM) organization provides ongoing corporate client stock plan servicing on both the Shareworks and Equity Edge Online platforms, for corporate clients whochoose to outsource the support of critical functions of equity compensation, as well as those who elect to maintain administrative responsibilities within their corporation.Operating with deep business acumen and robust platform knowledge, the CSM organization supports corporate clients with daily, monthly, and annual event processing and case management.Team members research and respond to client inquiries and issues, in a timely manner, complying with internal SLAs and ensuring a positive client experience.Operating with a "One team" mindset, the CSM organization supports the new client Onboarding and Go-to-market teams with servicing inquiries for seamless client support.The mission of the Client Success Management organization is to deliver best in class service, ease of use, and flawless execution, resulting in the establishment of trusted partnerships with clients.
Automation Solutions Senior Consultant Role:
TheAutomation Solutions Senior Consultant is part ofthe Automation Solutions Practice which is part of the Client Success Management group within the Morgan Stanley at Work organization.The Automation Solutions Senior Consultant rolerequires a combination of strategic and tactical problem solving, coupled with strong execution capability. The successful candidate will be an experienced self-starter and have strong integration experience, with a proven track record of achieving success in a fast-paced, results-driven organization.
TheAutomation SolutionsSenior Consultant Responsibilities:
·Provide project management support for aspects of client equity compensation plan(s) including:
oIdentifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of integration projects
oMotivating people involved in multiple data integration projects to complete tasks
oEngaging with client Stock Plan Administrators to review and provide equity system data requirements.
oPartnering with external client departments (e.g., Payroll, Human Resources, Executive Compensation, Finance, IT, etc.) to implement automated and integrated solutions
oManaging third party engagements (e.g., Service Providers, Payroll Vendors, etc.) with new and existing client base
·Provides equity compensation expertise and knowledge of practices, trends, and programs as the subject matter expert
·Liaises with internal Morgan Stanley at Work business partners (Product, Client Success Management, Implementation) to help create strategic solutions for clients
·Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related experience
·5+ years of equity compensation administration or related project management experience
·Experience in customer service and/or a client-facing role with a strong aptitude for understanding and responding to client needs with relevant solutions based on knowledge of businesses, products, services, and external factors (e.g., regulatory, economic, and industry trends)
·Keen focus on client satisfaction, striving to meet and exceed the expectations of clients while building strong relationships and developing guidelines to improve client interactions
·Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across multiple assignments
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a variety of client settings, articulately answering client questions and requests
·Strong leadership skills, supporting other consultants by leading by example and creating an inclusive team environment
·Ability to proactively identify potential risks and issues along with solutions, independently engaging resources to problem solve
·Displays a continuous improvement approach and encourages others to do the same
·Self-directed and results oriented by setting clear and realistic goals to address client needs and exceed service delivery expectations
·Knowledgeable about equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts, both domestic and international in scope
·Strong teamwork skills with the ability to problem solve, learn quickly, share knowledge, and adapt to changing priorities
·Knowledgeable on Equity Edge Online and/or other stock plan administration systems preferred
·CEP Level 1 required (can obtain after joining); CEP Level 3 preferred
