How do our Service Advisors Drive Impact? Our Service Advisors work with the service team to provide customer satisfaction with customer concerns and repairs. Some of the responsibilities would include: - Acting as the face of Walser - Executing follow up techniques with customers Understanding basic automotive repairs, executing follow up techniques, and communicating with customers - All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
