Qualifications Experience in robotics/motion planning with a proven track record of implementing effective algorithms. Experience with C++ software development for performance-critical systems. Master's degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, or a related field. Experience with high-speed autonomous systems , including motion planning for dynamic and competitive environments. Real-time systems expertise , with the ability to develop latency-aware algorithms for time-critical tasks. Familiarity with simulation environments , for developing and testing planning solutions. Responsibilities Perform research, develop algorithms, and build software for motion planning for autonomous racing , including race line development, passing capabilities, and maximizing performance at the car's limits. Search-based methods, Sampling-based methods, Optimization-based methods, Decision-making frameworks Integrate and evaluate motion planning and prediction algorithms to enable effective race craft in competitive scenarios.
