Responsibilities
• Greet guests• Take beverage orders• Mix drinks and cocktails• Ensure bar is fully equipped• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions• Serve snacks or food items• Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage products• Maintain a clean working area• Provide guidance to guests• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required• One year prior bartending experience required• Hospitality experience preferred• Excellent oral communication skills required• Positive interpersonal skills required• State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card• Ability and flexibility to work various shifts
