At Big Phil's Bar & Grill we have a fully craft cocktail bar, along with 12 beer taps, 20+ wine offerings.
We are speedy, quick, happy to be here, and diligent in serving the customers who choose to spend their money with us.
We make our syrups in house, juice citrus every other day, and care far too much about the consistency of our drinks and of our service.
We are not a place that wants you to have your personal touch in the restaurant - not until you establish and present yourself to us as a consummate professional.
We do not require extensive bartending experience, but we do insist upon anyone who works here to acknowledge anyone who comes into the bar, and treat your coworkers with the amount of respect you deserve for being in the service industry.
We use high quality liquors throughout our drink menu, and insist upon the correct portions.
If you make a drink for a coworker after their shift I want it to be a delicious drink, not a heavy pour drink.
A heavy pour is not what you do for friends, you owe it to them to make the most exceptional drink you are able to make.
You will be tipped for delicious drinks, not drinks with enough alcohol to knock out a small child.
We are clean, we mop every night, regardless of how busy we are.
We clean everything, we burn the ice, there is nothing sticky left for the openers the next day.

Opened in March of last year, we have been able to grow our business by providing scratch food and drinks in a large restaurant space.
We have new equipment and fixtures throughout our restaurant, and have looked to achieve growth organically and develop regulars who come to us for quality and consistency.
We have an extensive cocktail program and rely on quality people to present our products with professionalism across the board.
