Bartender What We Look For... We are seeking a rockstar Bartender who can professionally handcraft cocktails, maintain a clean, organized bar while serving customers, and servers in a professional, positive and energetic manner. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.
The Key Responsibilities: Preps the bar for service, including making house-made ingredients, cutting fruit, stocking liquor, beer and wine and polishing glassware. Serves guests at the bar and on the floor. Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and restaurant, following BPR Hotels' recipes.
